How long does it take to ship my order?

Tonerandinkjetstore.com makes every effort to ship your orders just in time. Orders received by 4 PM CST are shipped the same day. We maintain a 95% success rate of shipping orders the same working day. Occasionally, you may expect a delay in delivery by 1-2 business days, due to unforeseen circumstances. To keep you informed, we send the order tracking number on your email address.

Please note: If order is placed on weekends or holiday, we will ship it the next working day as our services are restricted to business days.

After shipping, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

As Tonerandinkjetstore.com’s uses Ground as the default shipping method, you may expect your order to arrive in 1-5 business days. We ship orders from warehouses in Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, California, New York, Illinois and Kentucky. To ensure faster delivery, we work in unison with suppliers located in states from East to West.

You can select an expedited order shipping method like FedEx 2-day, UPS 2-day and overnight shipping to receive your product quicker.

Once your package is shipped from the warehouse, it is handled by the carrier. The company holds the responsibility for any unexpected delay in the delivery of your package. Tonerandinkjetstore.com puts the best foot forward, but we would not be able guarantee a quick turnaround time on this.

Duplicate Orders

Most of the orders are automatically approved by filters to ensure faster order processing. If you still believe that your order has been duplicated, you may contact our Sales Department or Customer Service Executives. Tonerandinkjetstore.com will not be responsible for duplicate orders, although you will be allowed to return the doubled order.

How can I cancel or edit my order?

As Tonerandinkjetstore.com thrive to process your orders quickly, the time period available to cancel the order is short. To cancel it online, the status should be ‘Pending Approval’. If the status is ‘Pending Fulfillment’, it means that your products have been packaged and set to be shipped. If you still need to cancel the order, you may contact the Customer Care Executives instantly. We may or may not be able cancel the order, but we promise to deliver you the best services.

My order tracking number is not working, what do I do?

If your order tracking number shows no update or delivery confirmation, there is a possibility that the shipment is either out for delivery or is still in transit. As the order sets are not scanned at each and every facility, you may not be able to track the order while it is in transit. You can try again in a couple of days to see updates.

If the order tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but it was not left at the shipping address, it would be left somewhere safe. You may please check your building’s front desk, office, porch, garbage or with your neighbor.

What steps should I take if the products are delivered damaged?

If you receive damaged goods, you can request authorization to return the item within 30 working days from the receipt of the order. Please do not alter or throw away the packaging or product; Tonerandinkjetstore.com will require an image of the package in the same state as it was sent to you to find out that the item got damaged during shipment. If the packaging or goods have been changed or damaged, we will not accept claims.

Tonerandinkjetstore.com will process the damage claim in one of the following ways, as per the carrier used to ship your package:

  • For few claims, Tonerandinkjetstore.com will have to get in touch with the carrier and file a claim. The shipping company will then contact you to pick up the package from your address for inspection.

  • For few other claims, Tonerandinkjetstore.com will initiate a return authorization so that you can send the package back to the warehouse as per the return policies.

Once we find that the product got damaged during shipping, Tonerandinkjetsore.com will exchange the products in tune with our return policy.

What steps should I take if a product is missing from my package?

If you have been allotted multiple order tracking numbers, it means that your items have been shipped in separate packages. You may check that the number of items received matches the number of order tracking numbers. Verify that you have received all the items and checked small items. However, if any of your item is still missing, you may get in touch with Tonerandinkjetstore.com’s Customer Services.

Why was my order sent in different packages when the products could have come in a box?

Tonerandinkjetstore.com strives to ensure safety and security of your order, concerning the package size and weight. When the packages are dispatched, the carrier may send a package on to another lorry because of space or other issues. Nevertheless, we will take every possible step to deliver your order the same day.

There are times when items are dispatched from different warehouses to avoid delay in order delivery. In such cases, different carriers would be used to deliver your package.

My package did not arrive, but the status says ‘It has been shipped’.

There are times when a package may be lost during shipment by the shipping company. Tonerandinkjetstore.com will initiate a claim with the carrier and either re-ship the order or reimburse you once the claim is resolved. Please note that we will accept claims only within 30 business days from the purchase date.

Also note that claims are valid for orders that have not been allotted a tracking number, orders delivered to a different address from the one entered by you or orders that do not show up-to-date information for over 30 business days. Remember: Tonerandinkjetstore.com WILL NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS AFTER 30 DAYS.
